Q: How long does delivery take?
For custom orders, please contact us approximately 90 days prior to the required date to ensure a smooth process.
If your request is urgent, please contact us separately.
Q: Is it okay if I don't have a clear image of what I want to do? Can your designers suggest some designs for me?
A: Absolutely. If you have images of past collections or favorite designs from existing collections, we can arrange and produce them especially for you. If you leave it to us, we will propose several design options. Please feel free to contact us.
Q: Is this product suitable for people with metal allergies?
A: Yes. Even those with metal allergies can consult us with peace of mind. We can discuss and propose changes to the metal or materials.
Due to the recent surge in precious metal prices, there may be an additional charge for K18, K10, and platinum materials. Please consider this after we provide you with a quote.
Q: Can I get a fitting?
A: It is possible to make adjustments while directly fitting at the Tokyo atelier. (By appointment only)

Ryona Song
Born in Tokyo. After studying spatial design, she moved to the UK.
The accessories she made as fashion items attracted attention from women on the streets of London, leading her to start taking custom orders.Her work is characterized by a free, transnational sensibility and color palette, cultivated through her multicultural background, unconstrained freedom, and frequent travel between various countries.
2006: Brand established in London.
2008: Returned to Japan and began full-scale development of accessory collections, launching seasonal collections.
2009: Bridal line launched.
2018: Started proposing RYONA® jewelry and lifestyle products.
2019: Launched the New Journey Collection, themed "Living Journey."
2020: "Living Journey" New Journey Collection_ Bangkok Thailand started.September 2020: Started working from two locations, Tokyo and a nearly 150-year-old renovated traditional house in Nagano Prefecture.
2022: Organizes LITTLE SALŌNE, a small salon connecting cuisine and jewelry. Holds irregular open ateliers in Tokyo.
In addition to distributing accessories through major department stores nationwide and leading select shops, she is active in a wide range of genres, including spatial design and floral arrangements for hotel entrances in Tokyo.
She periodically holds workshops to help people enjoy flowers more intimately. She also participates in event and workshop planning for major apparel companies.
