ABOUT REPAIR

【Repairs】
If damage or distortion of parts occurs during normal use within 7 days of product arrival, we will consider it a product defect and repair it free of charge.

Repairs requested after 7 days from the date of purchase will be subject to a fee.
Please note that we may not be able to repair products for which the repair content or parts procurement is impossible.
Please be sure to inquire about the details by email in advance.

*Even for repairs within 7 days, if we inspect the product and determine that the damage is not due to a product defect, we may offer paid repairs.
If you are unsure, please inquire about the details by email in advance.

*If the repair is paid, the customer will be responsible for the round-trip shipping costs.

【Returns】
We do not accept returns.
Returns may only be accepted in the case of initial product defects.
Please contact us by email within 7 days of purchase.

Please send an email to our inquiry address (online@ryona.jp) stating your desired product and that you wish to pay by bank transfer.
After we receive your message, we will provide you with our bank transfer details.

POSTAGE - Regarding Shipping Fees

Domestic Shipping
Orders under 15,000 yen (excluding tax): 700 yen; Orders 15,000 yen (excluding tax) and over: Free shipping.
Your order will be delivered accordingly.


Unless the quantity of items prevents them from fitting, your order will be shipped via "Yamato Takkyubin Compact."
*For some items that do not fit in compact bottles, a "special shipping" fee of 1400 yen (flat rate nationwide) will be charged.

International Shipping
We will provide a separate quote. Once the shipping cost is determined, we will guide you to the payment page. Please complete your payment according to the instructions provided.

DELIVERY -About your delivery

Product Delivery Time

For in-stock items:

Delivery will be made within 7 days of payment confirmation for credit card payments, or within 7 days of deposit confirmation for bank transfers.

For custom-ordered items:

We will send you an estimated delivery time via email separately.
