Shipping Rates
Every RYONA SONG piece travels from our atelier in Tokyo, Japan, directly to you.
- Standard International Shipping (EMS): $20.00 USD
- Free Shipping: Orders of $147.00 USD or more ship free
Delivery Times
Once your order leaves Tokyo, please allow 7–14 business days for delivery. International transit times can vary depending on your location and local customs processes — we appreciate your patience as your piece makes its journey.
Order Processing
For in-stock items, we prepare your order within 7 days of payment confirmation. We take care with every package — your piece is wrapped with the same attention it took to make it.
You will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information as soon as your order is on its way.
Made to Order Items
Many RYONA SONG pieces are made to order — handcrafted one at a time in our Shinshu atelier, just for you. Please allow approximately 1 to 1.5 months from the time of your order before shipment. We believe the wait is part of the story.
If you have a specific date or deadline in mind, please reach out before placing your order and we will do our best to accommodate you.
